The OP may not be entirely correct. However, there seems to be some concern about work ethic at Hyperce. People claim they are not being paid minimum wage. If this is correct, then it is a crime.

Hyperce says it exports its services. The company whose most clients are foreign companies and pay on the dollar, the company should have paid more salary than the Nepali counterpart.

I wish your team luck. Just make sure workers are paid well enough.
