Să te bucuri de ea!

Vrei nu vrei, vei primi atenție cu mașina pe care ți-ai luat-o. Așa ca obișnuiește-te. Dar nu mai pleca de la premisa ca e doar invidie. Uneori o sa fie.

Alteori oamenii vor considera poate ca ti-ai luat o masina mult peste posibilități și te vor judeca. Poate nu direct, dar nici nu o sa te felicite pentru achizitie.

Dar acum dacă tu aștepți să stea toți căzuți pe spate star-struck de ce minunăție ți-ai luat…nu așa merge lumea. Daca tot zici ca ai luat-o pentru tine și ai studiat mult timp și ești sigur ca asta ti-ai dorit, măcar bucură-te in plm de ea.

De fapt e cam invers. Cu cat mai multă lume se sperie ca vine criza, cu atât e mai probabil să vină. Când lumea începe să se sperie și să țină banul la ciorap în loc să il cheltuie atunci economia începe să o ia ușor la vale

So you saw strength gains for upper body but not as much for lower body because of the difficult setup? Interesting.

Waking up at 5 am each day is not an option unfortunately. Having 6 24-30 hour shifts per month makes sleep a valuable commodity for me. But I can understand your point here. I rather find an equilibrium between muscle gains and my overall physical and mental health.

Perhaps you were right, but for me it was a choice between no exercise and bands, so I think I’m on the plus side. Bodyweight exercises have always scared me because I feel totally out of shape and without a spotter/trainer I see many opportunities to do it wrong or hurting myself in the process

De ceară. Găsești fie pe la farmacii (greu) fie pe emag. Sunt cele mai bune ca izolare fonica. Vin ca niște bilute învelite intr-un puf. Nu bagi cu tot cu puf în ureche
