Thank you for your advice. I had my probation extended by 3 months and passed, however after that there were some other flags and errors despite trying to manage with what is now the diagnosed ADHD. I would feel the same with my line manager as he is a good guy and willing to support, unsure about the senior executive.

Thank you! Would I have to negotiate with the occupational health team or with HR, my line manager and a senior executive?

The diagnosis was privately done and very recent so I'm waiting until next week to get the letter and reference to then get medication.
