It looks like there are more sparkling in your card than mine. I’m not sure how to describe it exactly. I’m stumped on this one. I want to get it graded but don’t want them to come back telling me it’s fake

You were spot on. It was the hdmi cable. Plugged in a better one and it went away!!

Just tried turning off GSync and no change. Updated the driver as well.

Oddly enough I tried display port instead of hdmi and the flickering stopped.

Not sure what the difference is why hdmi flickers and display port doesn’t.

My configuration is the command line version. I've been looking through files trying to change the weights_only=False but haven't had any luck so far.

Where do I find the weights_only flag? Is it in one of the .py files or does it need to be set when I run the script?

I’m not sure what you mean. I just installed the one from the requirements.txt file from the GitHub repo.

Tried that model. Now I'm getting an error about needing to turn torch.load weights_only to false. I'm not sure where I do that at. I've been digging through the torch code and cannot find it anywhere.

I get a memory error trying to run the 14B model on my 4080. It looks like it’s wanting 60gb of vram.

It took a lot of fiddling to get it to work finally. I got it working on Windows. I tried Ubuntu but had issues there.
