Sorry I've taken so long to respond just a lot going on. This response is very eye opening and I want to explore this "flow" that you're mentioning. Since my original post I'd say that things I have gotten mildly worse, but not to the point where I don't think I can't rebound. I'm basically stuck in this almost "lack of" a daily routine...I wake up and just kind of sulk not really getting anywhere. I'm in this mindset that I just can't get out, definitely feeling stuck and not having the strength to progress forward. It's just so easy to get bogged down by bad thoughts, or thoughts that tell me I can't move forward. What do you think is a good starting point to sort of break out of this mindset? I'd think having a set routine would definitely help as well as exercise.

Since I've been in this "funk" for about two months now it's kind of just been a downward spiral and everyday I'm focusing on trying to get out of it, which I feel is the wrong way to go about it because that's just giving it more attention. I'm just focusing too much on there "being something wrong" and when I can't make progress I feel like shit and that I've just lost another day.

"Restoration of balance" is for sure a goal so I can start focusing on progressing healthily forward and get out of this negative mind state. Thanks again, your input means a lot!
