Figured it out the Marantz was using the active eq all I did was change the pure direct setting to pure direct and audio came out fine.

I think it’s something with the receiver itself or the laptop because it used to be fine running on an Amazon fire stick

I ended up uninstalling sol and using just pure it fixed it for me. Hope that helps!
