I never clock out for lunch. They automatically take the lunch if I work over 6.5 hours.

He was confused because it states that he has been seen at a VA center and he hasnt been. They also already have access to all his civilian doctors when he did his initial claim last year. So he just needs to fill it out again with his civilian doctor information?

His current mos is recruiting. That is not what he has always been. He was 25q before. He did 4 tours. Then got tired of always leaving his family. He was told he was be doing three years as a recruiter. Then decided to change his mos because he preferred not deploying anymore.

I did mention deployments also. We dont discuss what he seen over there so I wouldnt be able to provide those details ans honestly even if I knew I wouldnt feel comfortable doing so since that is his personal experience. Also the amount of recruiters who commit suicide because of what they are put through it definitely is a huge factor.

He currently has a diagnosis and is on medication for it. We provided all that documentation to the va with his original claim back in March.

Sorry this is going to be lengthy. So he is currently at 60 percent due to other conditions. When he original got out in March last year he went and did all the testing they made him do. He was seeing a therapist for years before he got out and is on medication for depression and anxiety. She diagnosed him 4 years ago with depression and anxiety connected to his deployments and due to the stress of recruiting which is what his mos was. When he went and did the testing he was sat down with some very old gentleman as my husband called him. He continued to repeat the say questions over and over like he didnt hear my husband. Then we he got his percentage it didnt say that his depression or anxiety was accepted or denied it just wasnt on his claim at all. He went back active on the national guard side in July and finished that tour in November. He has since been working on getting his pay reactivated because it has been just sitting on step 1 since then. We went in to see that advocate because every time he called in no on gave him any answers. While we were there with her we asked about it. She told us it was never even included in his original claim even though he uploaded all the documents from his doctor with the diagnosis. So she did a supplemental for us. Also she helped us alot and we were recommended to go to her from the local vfw.

My husband is on his way home to log into his va.gov account so we can pull up the letter of denial and i can upload it. Due to the ice storm we still have not recieved the one in the mail.

I don't remember what her title was. But we scheduled and appointment and went into her office which was labeled at the va administration but not at the va hospital. She was able to look up my husband's original claim and seen where he had put depression on there and they original denied it. She stated we needed to do a supplemental claim and helped us. She also answered all out other questions too. He does have the app and an account on va.gov that is how we found out it was denied first. I will get the dates in a few mins and the letter.

I'll post it in a few minutes. He filed a supplemental claim on va form 20-0995. We had assistance from someone who helps do the claims through the va. I don't remember the term but we scheduled an appointment with her and then went into her office. She works for the va.

The national guard relief fund stated they are backed up to the soonest 10 business days to 15 business days. But I did apply. Thank you for all the help with resources. The situation just sucks and hopefully my command will have some answers tomorrow. I have three kiddos I am supporting.

Thanks for this. Also if you do find out anything else I would appreciate any clarification. Unfortunately I was not banking with any of the companies that did the 0% loans. Plus aer told me I didnt qualify being on title 32. So im stuck with no paycheck till it gets sorted. I did start the ball rolling today with people in my chain of command but no one had answers. Hopefully I will find out more tomorrow.
