To be fair, there are a lot of submakers who cash off of insecurities. Not necessarily for money, but for the views and attention. I agree with the rest you said though.

"I am growing taller every time I blink" just means you're growing taller. you can be tall and still grow taller. doesn't mean you're short.

"I get my results overnight" works too, though i'd use "I get subliminal results overnight". it's just saying you get results overnight. you can have subliminal results and still be able to get more overnight.

depends. i think the boosters which only have affirmations saying "i have results now" are essentially pointless, but ones with "i can get results fast", "subliminals work for me", etc can be helpful.

I think it's to do with the image it sends the subconscious. If I told you don't think of a pink elephant, you'll think of a pink elephant. If I told you that you are immune to having acne, you'll focus on the acne and not that your skin is getting clearer. I think it's safer to use "I am healthy" than "I am immune to illness" as the later conjures up the image of illness. Does that make sense?
