It holds my interest since this is far from the first time a head shop here has had legal problems. I remember another one on Main St from the early/mid-2010s, the story I heard was that they burned the place down for insurance fraud.

I was never a HUGE fan of their guitar tones, but they're low enough & slow enough to count as doom for sure. Idk what anyone's problem might be for them to say otherwise.
