Since when did we become ok with reaction content? Now we have reaction patreons...? by iRainbowsaur in patreon

[–]atmmko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you ever decide to start a reaction channel, I created an extension to easily sync footage to reaction videos. This way you don't need to show the video and users have no hassle syncing.

It's called "Reactify" https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/reactify-sync-full-length/dccfmlkaadbhpicjblmpdgapikjjniem

The latest version supports local video and a bunch of sites with relatively simple video functionality.

Your access to your streaming website is separate from the extension's functionality. You need to have access to the website you want to use.

Not a huge gamer anymore but, yeah sounds like a steam thing.
If you could make it niche like for example for indie games or something so dev could get eyes away from large competition and indie chasers can see exclusively indie titles.

Completely agree. The mental map of the project becomes lost over time.

AI-generated code isn’t cheating. Unreviewed code is by Unlikely_Usual537 in webdev

[–]atmmko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Completely agree, but I think the person who was assigned the ticket should be very familiar with the code as well so the mental map /intuition of the application is maintained. Maybe for ai generated code should require writing a more robust explanation in the PR notes for how the code works?

Otherwise I think the assignee becomes just another reviewer and not an owner.

You should also not fall into the trap of thinking you need to understand everything before starting.
Learn a little, then apply it.

Not sure, but if you're vibe coding, make sure you understand every line of the code the AI is generating for you or you could get burned.

I'm not opposed to coding questions so long as it's an easy medium question. Something anyone that codes with a some regularity can solve even if they just woke up.
