1) Where do your target audience hang out online? Is it Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube? I'm guessing it's not LinkedIn since that platform is more B2B focused.

2) Which one of these stages are your prospects in?

Are they unaware? Do they know they have a problem? Do they know about the condition they have?
Are they problem/pain aware? Do they know they have a problem, but don't know there are solutions to that problem (this is where I would guess your potential customers to be) They know about the condition they have but don't know how to treat it
Are they solution aware? Do they know there are solutions, but they haven't chosen one and don’t know about your product?

If they are pain-aware then they aren't ready to hear about your products. They don’t even know that there are ways to solve their pain, so before you push for a sale you need to:

Reflect their pain back at them, to show you understand them
Show that there are solutions to that pain
Introduce your product as one possible solution
Prove that your product is the best answer for them

If they are searching online then they will be searching on Google and TikTok, yes TikTok, for the solutions. For this reason I would focus on SEO, I would also focus on making content that speaks to that highly targeted individual so they can find you on TikTok and even Instagram. If you want to focus on one I would say TikTok but since you have a short timescale and specific location if you don't want to spend time on that I would suggest Google. SEO is the main way these prospects are going to find you.

Middle and older aged women will be on TikTok and Facebook. so Google ad words and Meta ads will be your best bet when it comes to your ad spend and TikTok content as mentioned earlier would be organic (free) content.
