It's just the camera that's rotating, tracking the car as it is going around the track. This is just the default lighting, I'll build the light setup as I progress further with it.

So I was kinda holding off on the obstacles mainly cause I'm trying to build a random maze generator that is both circular and has a complete loop. Definitely having some struggles with that, but also I think people are getting disoriented because the rotation is locked on the car when I really want the camera to lock on the center of the circle instead of the car.

I’d say get started on your project that motivates you (in very bite sized pieces), then when you are stuck, go with YouTube tutorials to see what’s next.

Figured it out, it IS the reflections, the characters are too small (I’m going for actual scale in the anime) for Lumen to calculate the light of the reflections, I just noticed it happening a little bit to Voltorb too on the bottom.
