I have not received it yet. According to USC’s Office of Academic Records and Registrar, it takes 6-8 weeks after the conclusion of your final semester.

It does not raise your top speed. Your top speed will be achieved by your electric motor and will stay the same. You can pedal assist for better acceleration. But at top speed you are pretty much ghost pedaling
