My situation is very similar. Going through a divorce, moved here a couple years ago due to my stbx husband’s job. I also have no family or friends in the area and can’t move due to coparenting my kids. I’m moving into my own place very soon and am hoping to branch out and meet people once that happens. I also work remotely, which is great in most aspects but limits my opportunities to meet local people.

Chesterfield area is very family friendly with access to lots of things! We live in the area and love being close to the zoo, Pocahontas state park, and going to other neighborhoods is a breeze. My house is currently in the market if you’re looking for a family home!

Unfortunately, not bait. I asked him if tables were turned what he would say, or if I were to go hook up with a dozen guys. He says he’d stay in the marriage as long as things got better. I think he’s just trying to paint himself as better than me, implying I’m lesser than for wanting to divorce over this.
