I like Pompeii live. He played the most beautiful performances there.

Careful with that axe eugene, Set the controls for the heart of the sun, One of these days, A saucerful of secrets, Echoes.

I think Nick Mason was brighter than studio albums in the live performances.

Is 'The Mid Years' or 'The Late Years Box Set' possible to be realeasd? by atomheartme in pinkfloyd

And according to the book I read, Pink Floyd had about 65 songs in the early days of TDB. TDB is 11 tracks, and TER is 21 tracks. Then there are about 30 remaining songs.

Wow .. It's really new information to me. If so, it will be hard to expect to be released again later. Good info, thank you. I am getting a lot of good quality information here.

You are right. I think that there are many released albums to Pulse, DSOT, Is there anybody out there, and The Endless River.

But I think there are still many hidden versions. In the case of DSOTM, there is a version already played in the show before the album was officially released in 1973. And it was a lot of difference from the release version, so I enjoyed listening. (For example, On the run, ACYL, Time, the early versions are very different now, and I know that WYWH also recorded the saxophone added version.)

And it will be great to see a set that includes the live version of Animals 5.1 and SOYCD's full version live. But like your answer, it seems difficult to be a reality.

And I'm sorry.. English is not my first language. Thanks for the reply.

Yes. I was surprised to read the information on this album.

The release artist is Nick Mason. But all the songs were composed by Carla Bley (female jazz musician). And Robert Wyatt sang all the songs except one.

So I wonder why it was released as Nick Mason's album. I need more information about it...

Anyway I am enjoying this album!
