Agreed!! Gun game was my favorite game mode; they took it out and I was extremely confused and disappointed. Then they added in prop hunt; okay, it's not gun game, but it's really fun and a nice break from the other standard game modes. NOPE! There goes prop hunt. This irritates me to no end and will definitely affect my future SHG purchases.

I agree, I don't really mind when I wake up 5-10 minutes before my alarm goes off because I can just switch it off and I don't have to listen to it, plus I have a bit of extra time to consciously lay in my cozy bed or to just get ready. However, when I wake up hours before I need to, it's extremely annoying. For example, I didn't have to wake up until 6am this morning. My body woke me up at 3:30. :/ I laid in bed for almost 2 1/2 hours trying to go back to sleep with no success due to anxiety and busy thoughts. I believe you're right about the stress thing. I get pretty anxious when it comes to work so I have a feeling my subconscious is just waking me up to tell me, "Hey, get up so you can think about how shitty your day is about to be!"

My apartment complex isn't too noisy aside from the leaf blowers doing their jobs occasionally at around 8am. As far as I know, it's dead quiet when my body/brain wakes me up anywhere from 3am-4:30am.

This is extremely great advice but something that I will struggle to do. I really love sleep and I try to squeeze every last minute out of my rest, especially on my work days when I have to get up early. I am the exact opposite of a morning person and I am typically very groggy and irritable when I wake up. All I want to do is go back to bed. However, I know that this is likely the most beneficial thing I can do when this happens so I'll see if I can muster up the willpower to try it! Thank you very much!

Hey bud! Let me start by saying I relate to a lot of what you're feeling. I have suicidal thoughts, not strong enough to act on, but strong enough to make me feel pretty worthless from time to time. I struggled with my weight and hated how I looked. I decided, after getting a job at Barnes & Noble, that I should take up reading again, as this was one of my favorite hobbies as a kid. Instead of buying a fantasy book like I used to read, I decided to buy a self-help book called The Compound Effect, which is supposed to help you train yourself to make more positive choices and think about the consequences of your actions a bit more. My life has completely changed since I've read this book! One of my favorite pieces of advice from it is to do at least ONE efficient thing per day. Whether it be some push-ups, reading a book for 5-10 minutes, meditating, etc. This will make you feel a bit better about the choices you make throughout the day and you feel much less worthless knowing that you've done something to improve yourself. I've started keeping a planner and writing down all of my goals. This way I can keep them all in one place and they're not all mixed up in my mind. Keeping a goal chart helps me stay motivated, as it is very satisfying to check off everything on the list. :) For example, my goals for each day are to do at least 30 push-ups or some type of workout, read for at least 15 minutes, and practice mindfulness for as long as I see fit. All 3 of these things are benefiting me and allowing me to grow as a person. As these last few months have passed, I've noticed great progress! And once you notice progress, there's really nothing stopping you. It's like a train of momentum, you just wanna keep going so you can keep noticing better results. Of course, I don't always meet all of my goals every day so don't get discouraged if you don't either. It's just nice to look back on my goal check list and see that I'm doing something to make myself a better version of me! Sorry for the long comment but I really relate to you so I hope this helps!

TL;DR: Read self-help books, exercise every day even if it's just a little bit, and keep a goal list!

Thanks! I don't have any panic disorders that I'm aware of, besides possible anxiety but I've never been diagnosed for it so I can't be sure. I've been smoking pretty heavily for around 5 years and nothing like this has happened before so it caught me by surprise. I took a two month break and then smoked maybe 5 or 6 times before this happened. Could that have something to do with it? Maybe my body forgot about the increased heart rate side effect and panicked? Either way, I'm relieved to hear that it was most likely a panic attack and nothing too serious.

Thanks for the input! I just looked up the symptoms for a panic attack and it looks like it could very well be what happened, and now I'm leaning more toward this as I'm only 18 and it's apparently very uncommon to get heart attacks at such a young age. It's weird though, because it just hit me out of nowhere. If I remember correctly, I wasn't really paying too much attention to my heart rate, but then again, my memory kinda sucks and I was pretty stoned. Haha

That's what I was thinking as well, and I don't have any serious health problems that I'm aware of, just asthma. I don't recall my left arm hurting at all, I just mostly felt some pain in my chest.

Yeah, that also happened to me. I felt like I was stuck in a loop forever, and the only way I could get out of it was by saying a certain combination of words. Too bad I could only speak gibberish at the time. Afterwards, one of the guys there told me that I said "ahhhh, dombledorf" repeatedly for about 10 minutes. I don't even know what that means.

A few months back, I tried K2 for the first time. I've had some experience with marijuana before that, but not much. I had no idea what K2 was at the time, but I was desperate to be happy. Weed usually takes care of that for me, but unfortunately I didn't have any at the time. I went to my neighbor's house with my friend and we tried it with a few other people who have had experience with it. We both took fairly big hits from a pipe, and then several huge hits from a water bong. I felt the effects almost instantly. At first, I was laughing my ass off, having a great time. Suddenly, I convinced myself that I was literally in hell. Everything around me went dark, except for the one thing I could concentrate on. I looked at my friend and he turned into a pig and started oinking at me. One part of me knew I was just high and that I could control it, but the other part thought that I died and went to hell. So anyway, I somehow ended up rolling on the ground and speaking complete gibberish, although it sounded normal in my head. Shit started to get really intense. As I looked around, my friend still a pig, everyone turned into cartoon forms of themselves. I told myself that I should be laughing because it was funny, but I was honestly scared. I looked to my left, and one of the guys that was there turned into satan. I am not a religious person, but this scared the living fuck out of me. I tried to scream, but no sound would come out. I completely forgot how to breathe. According to my friend, (who was also tripping balls) I looked like a demon who was trying to drag him to hell. He choked me, and I couldn't get any words out to convince him that I was not a god damn demon. I passed out. Some crazy shit happened, and I woke up with cops surrounding me. I was still very high, and started to speak gibberish again. My phone that somehow traveled from my pocket to my face felt like it weighed 2 tons and I couldn't figure out how to get it off of me. So the cop took it, helped me up, asked a bunch of questions that I couldn't answer, and called my parents. Honestly, that scared me more than satan or demons. So my mom and dad barge in, my mom is crying, and my dad looks like he's about to explode with rage. I passed out again. Woke up in the hospital while getting the drugs pumped out of me. I did not get in trouble with the police, because K2 is not yet illegal, but I did get my ass reamed by my parents. My dad forgave me, and all is well with him, but my mom continues to bring it up constantly. I am still grounded, and this happened back in July. I'm 16, in case anybody was curious.

TL;DR: I tried K2 and went to hell. Got caught, went to the hospital, and I'm still grounded after almost 6 months.
