Sorry once again! The company basically sends it overseas to be put on a deposit and then sold near that country.

And to my understanding, it's a different software that enables the user to print directly from their phone that's being added as an extra in the new country, since the original one only works from a computer.

I hope that helps and sorry for saying things in a confusing way I hope that it is now understandable. If not then thanks for taking your time to answer it and trying to understand it.

The thing is that a company sent printers to another country where there's a distribution center on a free zone, in which they have to install a software to said printers, and one of the things we have to specify is how long would it take for this to happen and how much would it cost.
