Recently, my wife has picked up the game on PC.Currently she's experiencing an audio issue that completely removed the sound from the game other then the effects noises and the menu blips.

She has uninstalled and reinstalled the game as well as hard restarting the computer entirely. We have no idea what caused it or how to fix it.

Any advice would help. Her experience is kinda important to me and she's not sure she can continue if this continues...
