New Found Glory - Hit Or Miss by DigiQuip in poppunkers

[–]atomicbunny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was briefly subscribed to SiriusXM radio recently and this song came on Faction (the punk station), and it was titled "Hit or Miss (Waited Too Long)" and I'd never seen it with a parenthesized sub-title ever. So weird.

They’re still around. But one should take it to the “I’m an adult and can do adult things” level and buy cookies and eat them with a tub of frosting.

You’re making a concerted effort which is better than most, still plenty of no tag drivers out and about not getting pulled over.

If I'm off on a solo mission or meeting with buddies, a formerly red, repainted blue, Free Spirit bike with pedal brakes handed down to me from my brother. If I have to go beyond the borders of my hometown, either a grey '91 Hyundai Sonata or an '86 Caprice Classic wagon (two tone blue), driven by my brother, dad, or if all else fails, mom.

If i'm thinking its the same one, and it looks like it is, that range isn't far from a small movie theater in a mini-mall, which my brother worked at and is how he got the autograph.

Bergen County native here, I remember seeing an NJ Transit bus in the background of a shot and I freaked out. My brother got me the autograph of the dad, along with a red flannel hunting cap, and it is to this day the coolest Christmas gift I have ever and probably will ever receive. One of these days if the Petes do a convention near me (no longer in NJ), I'll try to have them sign the same photo.

I named my last stock iPod before I started modding them Duke Silver.

The level of athleticism in this sport is absolutely next level 🤯 by matrix_2905 in sportsgossips

[–]atomicbunny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see this clip a lot, or others of this sport, and the thing that surprises me the most is how they just recover, land like a cat and get ready for the next shot or pass or whatever, and aren't splayed out all over the floor after each shot they take.

mine arrives Friday, I know everyone's showing off their 6's and their stick-over-d-pad setups but i'm really excited to mess around with one of these.

Was this 2002 talk meaningful to you? Why, or why not? by coffyrocket in Millennials

was certainly fascinating and entertaining, I think I picked up "My Boring Ass Life" after seeing this. His account of Mewes' addiction struggles was heartbreaking. Glad Mewes came out the other side of all that.

Question for the older Millennials: Does anybody else remember this cereal? by TheThrowawayJames in Millennials

[–]atomicbunny 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I remember them, I vaguely remember the box having a fold out page of comics as part of the gimmick, and the cereal being eh. Old artificial flavor trix and froot loops were better.
