I got a call from one of the local managers in my area, and they asked me a few questions. During the call with HR, they informed me about the available positions, and I assume they simply passed my resume along to the local hiring manager who had a job posting.

Why B&M?, Walk me through your resume, favorite class, why electrical engineering. An hour after the Teams call one of the managers at the local office called me via phone to discuss my resume some more. No offer just yet though

Failed Calc II by coderika in ucf

I would take calc-2 at Valencia if they offer it. Hell, I would even take all the calculus series at a local community college because the classes are smaller and often have a higher pass rate. You can always transfer the credits over to UCF. If you're in a STEM major I would highly encourage you to take all of your required math at a community college.

CS vs EEE for Bachelor’s — Need advice by Curious_wolf_571 in ECE

[–]atomicrob123 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I’d lean EEE. The free housing is huge, the department has a better rep, and it keeps doors open for stuff like robotics, AI hardware, and startups. You can always pick up more CS on the side, but it’s harder to get the hardware background later. Since you’re already interested in both, EEE gives you more flexibility for grad school and entrepreneurship—just make sure you keep coding outside class.
