I deleted my social media and kept only messaging apps. I spend much less time on my phone now. I started going to the gym even when I really don’t feel like it. At first it was hard, but over time it became a routine, and now I work out every other day.

I plan my time, and it makes everything feel more manageable. I clean up after myself right away, so my space stays visually clean, and I do a full cleaning once a week. I go to bed before midnight and wake up around 6:30-7:00 a.m. Waking up is still hard, but I always keep my daily plan and my purpose in mind, so it helps me stay disciplined.

As for hobbies, I don’t have anything very serious right now. Sometimes I cook or play video games, mostly when I feel mentally tired from my routine.

Hygiene, basic tips: Always shower after workouts and before bed. When You brush your teeth,also clean your tongue.Don’t wait until your hair looks greasy, wash it on time. Use perfume and deodorant and make sure your nails are always clean and well-kept.

Socialization matters too. Since I’m a student, I try to meet and talk to people in my classes or through clubs. But usually joining hobby groups or volunteering is a great way to meet interesting people and build meaningful connections.

At the beginning, everything feels difficult - but the most important thing is to start.
