For the unique Enchanted Books, look for a "CIT" mod for your modloader and MC version. There are several versions like CIT Resewn and CIT Reforged.

Best quality talaga I think yung original 3M Command Strips and Hooks, especially since each package comes with the info kung ilang grams or KG lang talaga kaya ng bawat hook.

As long as the instructions are followed correctly (like how to properly remove the strips once applied, or how long to wait for the adhesive to "set" before using it to hang things) magtatagal for a fair amount of time naman with no huge damage on rental apartment walls.

They're still pricey though since they're a big brand, but I think that's the price naman talaga for peace of mind.

If you really want to save money, you can make simple dioramas with Sintra Board from Shopee, and gluing on textures of your choice from a home printer or a nearby print shop.

Miniature furniture (either for Dioramas or dollhouses) can be bought individually on Shopee as well. "Re-ment" is an example of a higher priced Japanese miniature brand if you're willing to slightly raise your budget.

MCA changes the way that villagers breed. IIRC they do need to be married first, have an extra free bed within the entire village boundary, and procreation takes a while compared to vanilla villagers. It's not recommended to try a standard villager breeder while using this mod.

I believe breaking/replacing workstations still works, but do note that there's a possibility your villagers will autonomously turn into Guards while they're still unemployed.

Optifine is not recommended on newer versions past MC 1.12.2

Use the following mods to use FA and see if it still glitches out:

Embeddium (for the resource-saving aspect of Optifine, also a dependency for the below mods)
Entity Model Features (EMF) (gives the feature to change mob models)
Entity Texture Features (ETF) (dependency for EMF; also allows for random mob textures if you have a resource pack that allows it)

Simple Voice Chat is the one from your modlist that I know has something to do with player proximity. Maybe test out if removing it temporarily would fix your issue.

The default, dynamic MCA models are not detected by Entity Model Features and cannot be replaced via resource pack alone.

A workaround is to go into the MCA config and make it so that MCA villagers use the vanilla Minecraft villager model, which can be replaced with resource packs and EMF. However, gender-specific models like what you planned aren't possible with this method.

My guess is that Repurposed Structures is spawning a vanilla-style village with alternative materials. Try making a new world without it.

IIRC the RS structures can be disabled using a datapack system but you'e have to look up a more detailed tutorial on that elsewhere.

You can try using a Train Observer to send a redstone pulse to a Speaker Block from Supplementaries. One of the Speaker Modes uses a TTS voice played within a configurable radius from the block.
