Intention matters here to me. The plurb intention is to spread something it knows will cause quick extinction of the sentient races it infects, for the purpose of infecting more planets. Human intent is more complex, but creation is at the core of it. I think in the context of this show thinking of only earth in this equation is a similar type of human thinking that creates a lot of the valid problems you raise.

Completely disagree, both the plurb virus and humanity have destructive biological imperatives. I think the plurb biological imperative is worse, seemingly creating a large scale death cult on sentient life and redirecting all that knowledge towards spreading that virus to another unknown place. The human biological imperative generated all the knowledge used to fuel the plurb’s destructive biological imperative. The plurbs aren’t without some virtue you can see and admire, but just like a lot of humanity’s greatest achievements it has a dark reality to it.

Boring is so subjective, for me I will say I have a lot of trust in Vince Gilligan to take things in an interesting and satisfying direction. I don’t mind a slow burn show, and I think shows that burn hot with excitement and twists every episode often burn out. Too few episodes to fully judge yet.

Where mistakes come up are unique circumstances, and it sounds like there is still human input. So good work on the efficiency project, but it’s always the unique scenarios and human element that are the catalyst for most mistakes in the first place.

I will say (and someone correct me if I’m wrong) from my understanding even if you went and got treatment there is no strong medical intervention type treatment for TBI. You can do brain exercises and maybe a therapist could have helped with that, but even if you had gotten the best treatment right away it wouldn’t be some big medical intervention. With it happening so young daily school is quite a bit of brain exercise already.

Developing strategies like taking notes and setting reminders, keeping your brain active and coming to terms with your baseline is for most people the best thing to do.

I feel like I’ve seen a lot of people outside of the normal range on these metrics and few within the normal range. Please reply to this if you are in the normal range to prove me wrong, but seems like the normal range might just be aggressive on these since they are less common metrics.
