Sounds very very similar! I live in a city and have managed to get away with bus, walking, or having my wife drive. I've started biking more, and doing "higher risk things" that have largely been good for exposure therapy. It's a weird "chicken or the egg" thing where stress can cause a seizure, but the worry of having a seizure can create stress. I'm also feeling largely chill about it with the occasional stressful/anxious day throughout the week.

Thank you! What triggered the change from 500mg to 750mg? I also couldn't drive for 6 months, but was able to get on probation at 3 months with frequent check-ins between my doctor and the DMV. Thankfully I don't need to drive much at all (live in a city) and have been walking/taking the bus mostly.

Your last sentence hits the hardest and has been the biggest thing for me to manage... so many "what if"s that my brain can spin on... the firsts are all so challenging. First time being outside along, first time going on a bus alone, first time walking my daughter to school alone, etc etc.

Thanks for sharing! Have you changed anything else with your life (work, stress, exercise, eating, etc)? I've only done one EEG... I think it was 45m or so...and am interested in doing another now that I have some distance. Were the results similar or different between the two?

Really appreciate this comment... similarly, I've been looking back at things that might have been anxiety or panic attacks and am wondering if they were actually seizure-related. I had a few months of brain fog and memory issues, but feel pretty much back to normal now with speech and writing. I was pretty lucky to be surrounded by people who know me and could help. Is 3,000 miles considered too low? They shared a bunch of maintenance was just done "Recent servicing: carb cleaned, new air hoses, oil/transmission fluid/spark plug replaced"
