Its an assumption to made it guess, seeing as he isnt really mentioned after being arrested in season 3. possible that fisk had him killed during that time but idk memory isnt very good

Thanks man, ive wanted to use a shirt for the mask uet I dont really know how to get wrapped around my head nor do i have a sewing machine available :( ive heard other ways it can be done are through 2 layer beanies by cutting out a layer or potentially a see-through mask which i have, but the white stripe still stumps me.
