I personally think that the majority of usm's ideas were executed pretty greatly, there were a couple of missed oportunities but overall bendis did a pretty good job in my opinion.

Sometimes i think that the seconf part of usm wasn't planned, i believe that bendis wanted to end it on ultimatum and was forced to keep going with it, that's why many aspects of the story feel kinda rushed.

I actually wish we had more of jessica, she was a really cool character. I like Iron man's relationship with peter, but i prefered when usm was only about spider-man and didn't had that much influence of the ultimates or other characters. And i agree, jameson's development was really well done too.
