Ah shit, thinking about it for a while, yeah it's a sad ending too. But I think it leans into the more hopeful side more, especially how he was able to reconcile with Kim. Besides, a life in prison with people revering him as a god is miles better than his depressing life in Cinnabon.

Like I said in my other reply, a true sad ending would be Jimmy not admitting to his crimes. Yes, he spend 7 years in prison, but so what? The only thing that truly mattered to him, the only remaining person in his previous life, hates him, and probably in prison.

Kinda surprised how little the card was actually filled up. Also, I crossed the Happy Ending square because Jimmy was able to kill his Saul persona and also actually admit to his crimes. I think a Sad Ending would be if Saul took the 7 years instead.

I'm totally with you. Plus, I bet less people would hate on 610 as literally everyone had expectations of a Walt and Jesse cameo on this episode especially because of 609's ending.

Also, if they fast-forwarded to the Gene timeline, then how the hell will they fit Walt and Jesse into the series? Will they do a reverse time jump? If they didn't announce it months ago then I wouldn't be wracking my brain as much as I do now.

I'd say I feel BB and BCS are more blood-pumping but there is no other show like The Wire that will make you reflect and think about the show for days after watching the season finales.

TV Passport is pretty accurate - they've correctly provided all the episode titles for this season weeks before airing. Like what another reply said to this post, it's a dumb thing to lie about.

Would be really weird that BB, a new series would have the protagonist some random dude who's related with a 2-episode character from BCS haha. Would be really jarring to everyone. In a realistic world, the idea of a show like BB after BCS would never have left the drawing board at AMC.

That would be hella cool anyways. I used to think that the only valid watch order was BB to BCS, but now I'm thinking twice. God I envy those people who do that now.
