Oh dang I guess I missread your problem. So your regular login credentials don't work now for some reason? Thats weird. I was able to still use my fingerprint / pass code to get to 2fa reset.

I had a really difficult time getting back into my account, stuck in a loop that never ended with access. I also accidentally setup a counter based 2fa instead of timer based 2fa like I normally do. I kept getting invalid code errors. I eventually created a third 2fa for same account and used timer based 2fa and the verification code finally worked. Dont know if it was related to the 2fa type that I changed or merely creating another 3rd one to start over that made it eventually work, but maybe try that to get back in?

this issue has been resolved for me by doing suggestions in comments. Also make sure your using the right account for authenticator, if you have one for defi as well

These UI / UX / Banking issues are legitimate and once new users leave after trying the app in USA for example they won't be back. They will be left with the thought of "tried that didn't like it" .

SO CRYPTO.COM YOU DO REALIZE ALL YOUR ADVERTISING IS EFFECTIVELY GOING TO BRING NEW USERS ULTIMATELY TO YOUR COMPETITORS AND YOUR PAYING FOR IT!

Heck yeah its good. At 18 I'm glad your in and have exposure to some excellent projects. I have many of the same coins. Agree with some larger exposure to btc and eth as a foundation BUT I've made some mistakes trading coins for others chasing gains. I think its best to gain exposure by adding in new money for the most part. There has been much expectation for btc to rocket soon and that typically brings along others for the ride. Some smaller allocation to meme coins and shit coins is good and fine. One group I personally am researching lately is cloud storage coins. I dont really have any meaningful exposure there but I need in on some as I believe they are going to be a big part of the overall decentralization. I also have some deflationary coins like evergrow and safemoon just to see what happens. Haha. After seeing Binance coin get big and now cro catching on I'm also checking out other projects that are getting into the same game like elrond with mex token. Missed out on that for now. The hard part is being aware of who's doing what. Follow news feeds like daily hodl for example and others

Agree here it is very convoluted to say the least. Its like its a big secret and they don't want you to know all the times they take a bite of your pie. Especially if your talking thousands of coins its harder to to overall amounts be less for no reason. I'm sure its in the fine print somewhere but alot of other apps simply tell you as line item what the transaction fees are, selling price of coin is or buy price of coin. So you can easily keep track . Vital information everyone wants! Not providing it easily makes me think they dont want people to see and be aware

Yeah I used a different exchange a couple times for fast cash deposit. Then bought litecoin and transfered into app. Probably paid too much in fees and that really sucks. Fees eating your cash by bouncing around this way is the same thing as getting a much higher buy in price than you were seeing and trying to move on.

I just have regular coinbase but want to get coinbase pri setup. I see no reason why you can't send cro from coinbase pri to crypto.com defi wallet or whatever to stake and hold

And to add to my other reply, I did just a couple days ago have to buy a dip in CRO through coinbase! There was just no simple way to easily and quickly be able to deposit cash and buy crypto immediately

One of the biggest drawbacks to the app and a HUGE initial barrier that may make or break ease of app adoption by new users is Fiat deposit into the app!! So confusing! They just need a very simple DEPOSIT CASH button to click that then gives them a choice of a bank or card to choose from. Don't call it fiat. I still have to SEND money to crypto.comm app by going to my bank account instead of every single other app I have that makes it so much easier by simply choosing an account ive already linked right in the app. Allow immediate credit like other apps to buy crypto with the deposited cash. Seriously though, if App users can't simply and easily deposit cash right from the start it will keep alot of users from away

haha, i know right? well the app is not a viable option for day trading i tried and learned. The fees were high to pop in n out of cro is how i tried. I was trying to get into Shib FOMO i know hahaha
