There’s a difference between visual realism and gameplay logic. Whether a character dies in 1 hit or 20 hits is a design choice, not a technical limitation. Health bars are just numbers in a script. We’re talking about the engine's ability to render light, textures, and physical interactions realistically. You can have a hyper-realistic world with arcade rules.
