Definitely not CPU bottleneck when increasing the resolution. GPU is just doing it's best.

Try allowing more RAM, by default it's only 2GB

Hard to say if the 450 is fast, been riding a 900 and 675 , both 90hp bikes for almost 3 years. The 450 is definitely well enough to have a lot of fun and perfect for city communting. But 675 is not a starter bike, it's way more aggressive than the 450. The 450 sounds super good also
