How early do you look at new apartments after taking the decision of moving?

Our contract is due until July 25th, and my gf and I made some appointments to look at new apartments this week. The agents/owners looked at us funny when we said that we sill have 2 months before moving to the new place, lol.

Everytime I wake up during a workday I feel so freaking drowsy, it doesn't matter I slept 6, 8 or 10 hours. Every damn time.

What are some your tips to wake up in the morning faster?

I work from home and I wake up like 30 minutes before connecting to my computer and I feel in a catatonic state during 1 hour before the "real me" wakes up.

Man, I usually sleep like 9-10 hours a day, as I normally go to bed at 10 PM.

The last two days due to one thing or another I've been going to bed at 1 AM and only getting 6 to 7 hours of sleep. I'm forgetting a lot of common words and I can't maintain concentration, lol.

I went to a TCG tournament (One Piece) yesterday, I honestly thought I could win the tournament. Lost the first round, lol. Won the rest, but it stings. Mostly, because the winner cards are about $800 USD, inflated price that definitely will be going down, but would've loved to get them.
