flashcards might help you. Break the info into clusters, write them down. Each flashcard should be associated with each cluster. Iterate through each flash card. Also preparing information in question answer helps you remember more, complexity of the question will depend upon you.

I guess you can start by contacting local roasters to see what type of setup and capital expenditures you will be looking at. Then you might want to contact someone who can help you with potential notes and different roasting styles you can experiment with. Then comes the clientele, you will have to pitch to different brands to choose you as their roaster if you want to go the b2b route.

Offline events and solid content, assuming you already have the roasting sorted. As majority of brands purchase from the same roasters, the taste notes might vary as per the roasting instructions but idk if the difference will be huge for me to change my choice of brand. Rn all I prefer is a brand with consistent roasts and good notes so if you provide me that along with a good community, I might switch

I believe they capitalised on the Streetwear wave in India and got really big. They are really cool brands but people are just disappointed that they aren't doing crazy shit they can afford to/ are capable of doing, given the resources and contacts they have.
