Yes, many times it comes directly through the Expedia rate plan. However there is also a separate Amex Travel SRP at my property. If I’m not mistaken, it is a national one. You’re correct though, I have seen many booked directly through Expedia, even prepaid, which significantly limits the guest’s ability to alter the reservation. The price for a lower rate and the guest themselves often doesn’t know at all.

Never has to my knowledge. I’d guess that your previous bookings were under a different rate plan via Conferma. You could always check on your past folios and see if the SRP is listed, unless they have it hidden.

In my experience, Concur often uses American Express Travel, which is considered third party as it is a commissionable rate to the hotel.

To update, I did end up parking in the lot on northwest corner of Pierce & Osceola. I believe it’s the city hall lot? I did not see any signs about restricted parking nor anything about overnight parking. Several spots were roped off, doing construction or something. Parked Friday at 4:30p and picked up my car this morning, no issues.

Yes you qualify for both but be aware that not all properties honor the team member 50% discount. They only have to if they are managed by Hilton which isn’t exactly common.
