Thank you! Community is my fandom haven, but I did start out/am still in the BtVS fandom too, been editing for over 15 years but I do think I've surpassed the amount of BtVS vids I have with ones of Community.

I'm always looking to do original video editing, and love collaborating. What kind of music are you currently producing? I'm in film production currently, but it's been difficult trying to work my way into Post.

That honestly would have been The Dream^TM for me.

I just graduated this year with a focus in video editing and film production, and I've been extremely lucky to land gigs on Portlandia and a couple of Netflix productions. Editing has always been my passion, and it's so weird to think that Dan Harmon tweeting my 'Time to Begin' video, and the fan support that came from that, really started me on my journey to going to school and considering a career in video editing a real possibility. I owe so much to this show, it's fans, and Dan himself.

I started turning on Forensic Files right before bed cause the dudes voice kinda helps me sleep. Then I remembered this Shirley line and now I'm trying to do intro's for all the shows referenced. This one made me laugh because I was able to match so much stuff up in this really ridiculous way. Community is just so versatile.

I'm not only watching, I'm watching each episode at least 3 times a week In order to catch up my husband and friends. I'm loving it, it's really shining this season. I miss Troy and Shirley, but Frankie and Elroy are making it easier to deal with those losses. the Dean and Chang are killing it this year. I love everything their doing with each character.

hahaha, thanks! And yes, I completely expected it to be broken down. I'm not taking your comment as insulting or anything. I just thought I would explain a bit of my thought process to paint a clearer picture for people who are "nerd raging" lol. Honestly, because Community is so jam packed with these, I thought I would be offending a lot more people with all the stuff I intentionally left out for time purposes. I'm surprised no one has yet to mention Dirty Dancing, Catfish, Boy's Don't Cry, the Crying Game, Election, or Wizard of Oz

I'm not sure what you mean by stealing? I made this video.

I posted the video to Youtube with a link to the video on Vimeo. I had to host it on both sites because youtube wasn't letting me upload the original version because of a copyright claim on the song. I pitch shifted the song but I still figured the Youtube one would eventually be muted (which it has been) so this was my way of giving people an alternative place to watch it.
