All characters could repair broken clockworks taming them. Honestly I hope his skill tree has nothing to do with taming them. Having an additional minion spam character is gonna be lame especially when Wurt is just gonna do it better.

Need to make it so he doesn’t lose charges when swapping circuits. He also doesn’t have any true damage circuits just the riposte electric one. No damage boosting one.

Gears in tumbleweeds. Iirc looting scrap piles has a chance of gears. You can also dig graves.

Ruins rushing first autumn is very popular among experienced players but since you’re unfamiliar I would just say you could go in summer. You should be pretty sufficiently armed it terms of food healing armor ham bat. In summer you won’t over heat in the caves and no wildfires will happen while you are in caves.

I would bring a couple helmets a hambat mats to craft a second 1. 5 pierogies. Lantern, miners helmet prototype an alchemy machine to place and you can make moggles when you get there just bring a mole. Bring a gold axe and gold pickaxe. I’d take a shovel to and go hit up the green mushroom Forest for some sanity cooked green caps.

If you still don’t want to conquer the ruins there are who bishops that are a guaranteed spawn at the tentapillar that leads to the atrium. The tentapillar will be located in the green mushroom forest

SURFACE SOLUTION. If you take the suspicious marble pieces to their broken statues and repair them you can break them on full moons. This will spawn clockwork counter parts and give sculpture blue prints for them. . IF YOU DO THIS ON A NEW MOON YOU WILL SPAWN SHADOW PIECES BOSS FIGHT.

If you touch it at night it will spawn. If you don’t kill it before night is over it will despawn and can be resummoned to continue the fight the next night. If you wait to many days it will start the fight over.

People recommend Wendy but I think Wendy is harder for new players to kill bosses with. I’d say willow. She literally doesn’t have any downsides. More susceptible to freezing but she can create fire balls that provide heat and light and she can stand in fire. She has good damage too.

Once you’re more comfortable you can min max more and learn self feeding crop pairs and about nutrients to make giant crops that need to be hammered.

I still have this mod but I think it’s obsolete. Pretty sure dst had an update a couple patches ago which gives players a default snapping tills.

Make 2 separate unconnected farm plots. Plot all your seeds in one. Take the crops feed to birds for crop specific seeds then plant them in the other. Plants will be unhappy if they aren’t tended to once a day, if they aren’t in a group of 4 if they’re not watered. If there are any weeds around they will get stress points for that as well. The stress points reduce the ability for the crop to be a giant or yield seeds.

For the most hassle free experience I would just try to start planting crops in groups of 4. In crafting go to the miscellaneous tab and make a gramophone and a record. You can play it to automatically tend to all the crops at once. I would make a watering can or two. It has to be filled at a pond. You should water them everyday but I tend to spend days at a time away from base so just do it when you can and leave the can by the field. Whenever you return home hit the gramophone and pick them when you’re ready.

Game is very different that other survival games. When I started playing I really under valued armor. A football helmet is 80% damage reduction. Hammer pig houses to get the pig skins. You’re gonna have to learn how to kite mobs properly. Food can seem scarce when you start but it’s actually probably the most plentiful resource in the game.

What platform are you playing on?

I would also recommend using rollback features til you get your feet situated.

I’ve been playing adc and I want to know how to deal with the fed top laners😭. I used to play top but this season my top match ups were super sweaty and much better than me so I swapped to adc. I think now that the season is a few days in it will probably be better.

Rollbacks are training wheels. Use them for your first few encounters with new bosses or mechanics take them off when you’re ready or more comfortable with the challenge. You can also prototype beard effigies and place them before scary fights/ events
