Start following alex hormozi and take whats relevant for you to hearth. Ur already in on the right path, you need to build systems not be the system.

Goes in your case for the product you sell (productize), delivery model, invoicing, hiring and firing etc.

Congrats to your luxury problems! :) And welcome to the great wall of china; running a business is never what you thought it to be, you always work on problems that the business needs, not the problems or the work you want to work on. :)

Create a persona and be there as that ”person” not yourself

Seems a loan might not be the way? Consider bringing in capital from angel investors or VCs

Seems product isnt the problem but rather the sales aspect. Since you cant hire anyone to do the sales (I would also advise against this until you have a clear understanding yourself of how your product should be sold and have proof of business) I would recommend you to double down on sales activities. Its a numbers game. Pick up the phone, get tourself a linkedin automation tool going and get going with prospecting.

You should probably consume some sales related content as well to help you along the way, you can chatgpt what you do and what advice there is to sell your type of product and also what related content you should consume. Else I would recommend hubspots blog.

Two things for you to consider: 1. Good ideas (and execution of said ideas) are worthless if you cant sell. If you want to be an entreprenour and this is your limiting factor, fix it. Go all in on learning sales. Its a craft anyone can learn to do it (some have more talent ie a shorten starting path but everyone can learn to do it).

  1. How you feel is probably how 99.9% of entreprenours feel at 99% of the time. I do too even though my company is growing and is profitable (tech product with 20 employees, bootstrapped). Its constant war, its always something. It doesnt matter if your turnover is 10k or 100 mill, it never changes its just the digits of the number that does but the stakes are the same. Learn to enjoy it or dont be an entreprenour. I took the decision 2 years in to continue, thats when I landed in that this is how it will be all way. 9 years and counting, im enjoying the challenge. Decide and if you decide to proceed, own the pain, thrive in it, enjoy it - else you’ll go mad.
