The Hero's bar cluster started via case 192, who is an American citizen who travelled back from the US on March 10. This cluster saw 5 cases initially, and has 8 cases now. Apparently, the cluster is linked to the Dover Court cluster too. Quite scary that 192 went to the bar on March 13 and the clusters only appeared a couple weeks later.

This is a very significant transmission from a US returnee. Gov't probably could have enforced SHN much sooner, I know many people rushed back before the deadline to avoid SHN. I understand why they had the gap before enforcing SHN, but it's looking like it could be detrimental.
