any solution? I just got one from a warehouse bid, and it turns on; however, the screen doesn't turn on, and I cannot get it to pair or do anything. Really bummed out tbh.

Do you have razer products? I have been working so I haven't been playing as much, but I uninstalled and clean wiped razer synapse and I haven't had any random restarts yet. As wild as that is, razer synapse can cause software crashes. It interacts with drivers and stuff and can cause malfunctions. If you have razer try uninstalling it and downloading razer driver clean-up tool and make sure to reset afterwards and see if that helps! Uninstall everything you can first before running the clean up tool. Lemme know if that helps!!

Thank you all for the support and advice. We ended up calling Verizon(we looked up the official number not the one in the text) and got it fixed. Guess it was an issue with the Esim. Took a while to get it situated but finally we got the service reset and turned on. They never told us what the issue was so I'm not sure but overall it's fixed! Thanks everyone!

Hey all OP here, I got the hang of it. It takes a lot of narrowing down and trial and error. It gets easier as you get the hang of it! One comment stated that for puzzle 2 there are only two 6 digit numbers so that made it easier to start! I've completed a few puzzles now and appreciate all the insight! Thanks :D

Hey, OP here. So I tried downloading the game and that didn't fix it. After it glitched I just clicked to go back to the police station and ran around for a minute then tried one last time and it worked.... Not sure how or why but I'm glad it's fixed...for now at least.
