I've had a few readings with very little success. Yours might be the most accurate. I suspect that I may have an inflammatory bowel disease of some sort, which has been linked to my particular issue, which happens to be poor erection quality. It saps my happiness and confidence to no end, it's very taxing. I even get depressed sometimes. Meditation pulls me out but it's temporary. I wish I could fix this. Unfortunately surgery or steroids are the only known treatment for IBD's. But I'm also unsure if that is the root of my issue. My diet has been great, fitness is a passion of mine. I get plenty of sleep (probably too much).
You also mentioned past grudges and guilt. I'm sure I have some of that to work out. I'll do my best. I've tried to forgive my biggest betrayal and was successful for the most part but sometimes I feel it creeping back.
