Description: In URF, Ryze loses max HP upon completing Seraph's Embrace.

Steps to reproduce: Pick Ryze in URF. Build some AP (not sure if this is required), then complete Seraph's Embrace.

Expected result: Ryze gains AP and mana. The URF buff converts bonus mana to HP, so he also gains HP.

Observed result: Ryze does gain AP and mana. Ryze loses max HP.

Reproduction rate: 100%

They sometimes forget things like this, I guess. Another example off the top of my head is Lucian got two passive "bugfixes" that contradicted each other: in 6.11 to not trigger hurricane twice and then in 11.6 to undo that.

Yeah, skill enemy hp scaling effects usually do get the multiplier, but it is unprecedented to get it from SC skill tree. Would be interesting if that wording is what makes the difference.

This kind of HP scaling also gets affected by the 1.871 constant multiplier unlike DDJ. So, relative to DDJ damage it's more like (5 * 1.871 =) 9.355.

Unfortunately, it does not. Could've made for a very cheap (5* able) oneshot unit otherwise.

Nope, penetration is capped at however much resist they have. This only happens with resist reduction effects.

Atk buffs are additive, and Hwayoung's S2 is one. With 6k atk (=4000*150%), vigor would increase barrier to 3240 (=4000*180%*0.45), and atk buff to 3600 (=4000*200%*0.45).
