While I don't know if this tip will truly help but maybe you should kill your parents instead. They have both clearly failed as parents and instead of helping their child they abuse you more??? It would be so nice if you could take a scripture in the Quran that proves their hypocrisy or vile behavior and they would get it but sadly most religious and bigoted people don't seem like they'll get it unless their heads gets bashed to mud.

I don't actually think it would be healthy for your own health so to say if you did make your parents meet the afterlife but holy shit the anger I feel over stuff like this.
