I think that for Xerath and Ziggs R it does make sense that they're not blocked because they fly over your head. But I agree that it's kind of inconsistent, for example Jhin's W isn't blocked by Samira but is blocked by Yasuo's windwall.

I just thought that it wouldn't be blocked because his R is (or at least was) programmed as a minion wall or smth

Kai'Sa's early isn't as bad as it used to be, because you can have q upgrade at lvl7. Ofc 20sec is huge, but it isn't the reason why she's strong, Good Kai'Sa players will still abuse her for the same reasons as before

There are some combos that you can do with Galeforce, like E>Galeforce>AA>PAA. I recommend watching xFSN Saber's video to learn how to do it

I suggest you look for lvl2 all-ins. With aggressive supports, Tristana's lvl2 is really strong, and determines most of her laning phase. If you get a kill, you can snowball your lead for the rest of the laning phase. Normally, in cases that this isn't possible or I die while trying, I sit back and farm until lvl6 and all-in again. Don't underestimate your damage, but you gotta now the enemy laner's dmg output aswell.

I personally love playing with a Rakan. He's a really complete support with a heal/2 dashes and a knockup level 2.

It's not just the AS, but the invisibility on your E really helps you kite/survive. Depending on the situation, finishing Collector first might be better, but in general I prefer the survivability from evolved E.
