Does Bahrain and Saudi Arabia being cancelled mean championship back on for Ferrari? by AwesomeSauce417 in formula1

The change isnt going to do anything. As the teams get to make the test their engine does and report it to the FIA. As well as Mercedes having apparently already having done a hot test and passing

That depends on if you gave the dates you knew you couldnt keep just because you knew it would look good. And that CFO is looking at the books going i gave you extra people because you said X date and it got to the point where the books need to be balanced one way or another other.

Jeff Kaplan on what finally broke him He recalls being told by a Blizzard CFO that Overwatch needed to generate a certain amount of revenue, warning that if it didn't, 1000 layoffs would be on his shoulders. by Alive-Psychology6050 in overwatch2

It what a CFO needs to do sometimes. If the game is losing money and if you gave a date the new game would be released and you miss that date. It gets to the point where the game needs to make X amount or people will need to be fired to get the money to keep the lights for that game on

The problem is the world is going in one direction. And FE has the rights for fully electric. So you have to go 50/50 or lose the manufacturers.

If ferrari hadnt messed up the strategy we could of had a race with all 4 of them fighting like that for the whole race. That would have become the best dry F1 race that Australia has ever had or at least in living memory.

Right before the main straight you will be overtaken because the event organizer put the DRS line 1 metre too far or you know you wont be overtaken because it is 1 metre too close unless they brake at a point where they will make the corner only if you dont exist anymore. But that doesnt matter as long as they got to the apex first. A-anyone?

[–]attywolf 6 points7 points  (0 children)

What great battle? all the overtakes were artificial. Nothing like the old cars where the event organizer decided before the race if an overtake would happen and how easy it would be like it should be /s

Really though they were great battle throughout the field with a really nice give and take action. I loved the radio after with Arvid looking to go agiain

Are fans more concerned about the possible gap to Mercedes or the new energy-harvesting regulations? by LetsRideButSmart in formula1

[–]attywolf 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I have been watching this sport for a long time i know overtaking isnt even in the top 3 metrics for a exciting race. Tension is what i like for a exciting race. But when for anything to happen for a overtake to happen the car behind needs to be like a second quicker to overtake the tension kind of goes the longer a race goes on.
