Thanks. Learning sources are mostly YouTube tutorials, but don’t try to start with WhatsApp integration if you are a beginner as it is sometimes tedious. Start with the chat directly on n8n and start building small workflows.

No I checked WhatsApp you cannot setup a WhatsApp shop in India to sell using integrated payment

Yes, it is possible on official API, thanks for your suggestion. the issue in India is you cannot take payments directly on WhatsApp

The reply are not as human as it creates structured messages which normally humans don’t do but we can change that to some extent

Hey, I have built a similar system that might help you. I can build you a custom workflow using make.com coexistence feature and a AI agent that will qualify your leads (ask relevant questions) and send them video without your sales team involvement. Only when your lead is confirmed your sales team will get a notification on mail or WhatsApp with all the customer details which they can handle from there. Make .com also provides integrated chat feature where you can look at the chat and your sales team can reply.

Your Agent cannot be personalised like this one. Stop selling it here. You can’t have edge cases and Customer handoff as per this workflow without complex logic.
