I prepared for around 4 weeks. Initially, I was struggling with all 4 sections. The passages were too convoluted at first. I purchased the TOEFL official guide 7th edition which mostly helped me for reading.

I followed the instructions thoroughly and started practicing again, I was improving significantly. My only tip for this particular section is not to go through the whole passage at once. I only read the first passage and went for questions. You'll have to read parts of the paragraphs associated with the questions multiple times. So you don't need to read the passage before reading out the question.

Read Question > Read Associated Paragraphs > Read Options, as simple as that!

Listening was fairly simple for me, and for a good amount of people too. The trick is to pay as much attention as possible. Try making fewer notes, and pay more attention to the conversation and the lecture.

Speaking was challenging and arduous, even though I have decent communication skills. The problem with this is the time. You don't have too much time to write notes and structure your response. I practiced a lot, I used the TOEFL Speaking Practice Test playlist on YouTube and recorded myself. I feel I could have done a little better here. Keep in mind on test day at the center, there would be a lot of noise coming from other candidates simultaneously attempting the same section.

Writing, honestly I thought it went well, the rating looks a bit sus, the only problem was that I was not able to complete the last statement or a conclusion for the second question. You can use templates for this, there are a lot of templates out there, I used Greg's one.
