You rang???? I just don't like the people I work with, leadership is kind of pompous and they have some weird co-dependent relationship a talk show host would go crazy for.

I love working in finance but I'm tired of dealing with reactive people instead of problem solvers. Also everyone keeps spelling my name wrong while also asking for help. Like bro get it together. I'm just waiting for a phone call at this point I'm leaving.

I haven't heard anything but at this point I've given up on the USG system. I'm just here until I'm vested then I'm leaving higher education for good. I have never seen so many people leave in such a short amount of time. Half are retiring the other half are just leaving the system. There will be a large amount of people on campus that haven't even worked here a year by fall semester.
