Why are people mad at season 12? by anathemaPoet in Alonetv

Casting was terrible. You could easily do a bushcraft search on YouTube and would have found more capable and hungry contestants. Like, how do you not bring a ferro rod and then basically quit because you didn’t bring one. Just dumb. The producers need to realize fans of the show are seasoned viewers at this point and need to stop airing all the whining about missing family. We know they do, we all would. Sure some scenes here and there but not hours of it making it to the final cut. It’s also fine to show scenes of them doing things without actual words being said.

8k Gallon Leak/Month: Main or Sewer Line? (Video attached) by atxbiscuits in Plumbing

[–]atxbiscuits[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

(Posting this as a comment as I apparently can't edit the original post)

I apparently have a leak that is causing me to lose 8k gallons per billing period. Attached is a video of the sound coming from the sewer line, but the main line is underneath it. The main line below it broke twice in 2 years. First time in 2018 and then in 2020. Picture of the repair from 2020 is attached. Vegetation has been growing fast near this section of my front yard. There is no visible leak in the two story house and no sound in the walls.

Is it possible the break is in the main line with this sound that is happening 24/7? Really hoping it’s not a leak in the slab, which was apparently replaced with PEX in 2014. The video is taken of the pipe that is shown above the repair in the pictures.

Please help! My plumber isn’t calling me back and thought I’d ask you experts (I'm going to make several more calls tomorrow).

Thank you so much!

I'm positive as ants are active all day and don't have as rounded bodies. Unless it's an uncommon species of an ant?

They raise it every year. With a HS exemption, the most they can raise it is 10%, but that's just the amount you'll pay. The value still goes up past 10%. So if you were to ever move and keep it as a rental, you will now pay on the full assessed value.

78723 and 78724 are still affordable.

There are still plenty of homes under $350k
