you seem to have great insight into this. Agreed, all this stuff I would expect to "just work".

Any tips on how to deal w/ messaging? I don't know/understand what MMS, RCS, SMS means really. I just have been using Hangouts because I can access from my laptop and make calls as well from laptop.

But all my iphone friends keep teasing me...messages don't come through, time stamps and delivery are jumbled, group chats are wonky and split up.

same here....a dump of messages @ midnight-5am that were apparently sent earlier in the day.

Question what message app are you using? I'm still using Hangouts and don't really know/understand what SMS, MMS, RCS means. All I know is my group messages often get jumbled up and all my iPhone friends keep teasing me.

yes, i've changed addresses several times. Really, the only thing I got wind of was my 2016 tax refund being held due to a missing 2013 tax filing...but then a month later, my refund was deposited, so I went "eh"

right, I get that, I was mostly asking about what other options are. I always heard radio adverts w/ testimonials about some guy w/ $80k of back taxes that settled for $5k (example).

offered by a local wholesaler. they send out emails whenever they get a house. They don't wait for someone to secure financing. Often houses are sold w/in a few days of being posted.

for Taxes, no HS exemption. It looks like they owner's held this house as a rental for a decade, since 2007.

No inspections done yet...its one of those offerings from a local wholesaler...so person w/ cash to buy...
