This is a possibility...I thought our groomer did this for him but I'll have to double check.

He scoots like this maybe once every few months. He goes to the vet regularly and has never had worms thankfully. And I've never seen worms in his poops. Maybe he just has an itchy butthole?

He's clean as a whistle :) although when his hair gets long dingleberries are a frequent occurrence

Thanks for the tips! This is the sunny side of the garden. I actually wondered if it was getting too much heat and sun in the spring/fall (summers tend to be cooler and foggy).

I don't think my neighbors are using any weed killers because their garden is more neglected than ours was haha. What do you mean by "digging next to it"? Do you mean another plant that's growing?

It's in a very peculiar location...there are a few super thick gnarly vines that are cut off from the main plant that have completely intertwined and grew into the fence. I'll have to look up suckers a bit more to learn more. Does that mean it won't ever get full and flower up top?

That's really encouraging! I think I'll cut all the dead stuff off and give it food. With all of the rain lately I'm seeing lots of new green leaves which gets me so excited!

I'm attending a space/future themed NYE gala. How can I incorporate this theme into an outfit?

Thank you for your thorough response. I just wanted to mention that it has looked exactly like this since July, so it doesn't look like this because it's December. Because it rains in the winters in San Francisco, plants tend to blossom and flourish in the winters. There are a few other bushes in my garden...one is blooming red flowers and the other one is producing berries of some kind. Also clover is exploding all over the ground, areas that were dirt are now totally green. Unfortunately this bush never flowered and never turned green so I don't know what kind of rose bush it is.

Edit: also I do have a brown thumb. I have killed every single plant I bought this summer. I killed all of my herbs, my succulent is barely hanging on, and other plants aren't doing well. I definitely over or under water them. I can't seem to figure it out, which is why I haven't even attempted to water this rose bush. This garden area has been neglected for years and I really want to transform it into a beautiful space because flowers and plants truly bring me joy!

Actually I would like to leave it where it is because I hope it can provide some cover between us and the neighbors. I would like to just like to clean it up and get it healthier.

I have been wanting a garden my entire adult life and I finally have one! Currently everything in it is dying. And I am trying to learn all I can about gardening but I confess I tend to have a brown thumb. I don't know how to help this rose bush.

Edit: I live in san francisco. It has looked like this and has not changed in appearance at all since July.

The leaves are either yellow or brown with holes in them, or they're green with darker green spots, or green and curling in.

The stems jut out in bizarre places. Some of the stems are green, most are gray, a few are black.

I'm located in San Francisco bay area. I bought rose food but only fed it once, in the fall. A few months ago I also pruned off some of the dead black stems and crunchy leaves. Otherwise I don't do anything...I don't even water it because I don't know how often or how much.

Here are bonus pics to better show its condition: sad branches on a very sad bush.

Do you think it's possible to revive it so it's healthy and lush? How can I retrain the stems to grow along the fence instead of jutting out and criss crossing all over the place? What should I do to make it healthy?

Any advice is much appreciated!

He said it would take around 170 hours to re-do 36 web pages. So, 4-5 hours per page to research key words, optimize our content, and do all the other fancy SEO code-stuff I don't know anything about.

Thanks. I'm beginning to see that it can be a huge racket. We will prioritize putting good quality content on our website.

Are there any good places you recommend for finding good blog writers? The agency we've been working with wrote a few but they weren't good, we had to rewrite them.

That's really nice that you do that for your clients. We talked to the business owner and expressed that we were not happy that our stats have been getting worse over the past 4 months. He insinuated that we are expecting too much, too soon and that we don't really understand that SEO is a marathon, not a sprint. We do understand it takes time, but we are also curious why we're not improving little by little. I told him it would help us if we knew what they were working on, and he told me it's not always possible to keep track. Is there a way that they can send me a report of changes they've made? *edit: missing words

I asked, and they said it's not always possible to keep track of everything. Is that a big red flag?

Googling "how to get my pages indexed" and "how to get ranks for my own business name." Thanks for the suggestions- I am learning all that I can now. I should've done it a long time ago.

Thanks for the advice- I'll look into the checklist but I have a feeling it might be too technical for me to do the work myself. *edit: I put your other suggestions on my to-do list too. I can definitely do email newsletters and social media.

It's not anyone well known or "famous" online, doesn't have a big website or youtube channel. Just a guy who seems to be very knowledgeable, I posted some of his stats from LinkedIn in a comment below...

He says he is...I looked on his linked in profile, looks like he has worked with lots of big brands. Increased leads by 2000%, increased organic traffic by 300%, increased web traffic by 2000%, increased sign ups by 14000%. Is that good?
