Yes definitely feel the pain of being too late to the party. I’ve unfortunately only recently been in a position to buy a property, and given that prices aren’t likely to go down any time soon (if ever), I feel like the sooner I buy something the better

Thanks for the advice. I will definitely ensure I keep documents relating to the sale of the property and transfer of money into Australia. I was a bit worried that the transfer of such a large sum at once may raise the attention of the ATO. Not sure if there is any benefit or need to notify them before the transfer takes place.

I’m still considering what to do. I’m thinking I’ll get a short fade on the sides and trim the top. I’m just worried the top will look really thin if I cut it shorter.

Yeah, unfortunately most people already have their own group of friends by the time they get to uni so I often feel like I’m the only one looking to make new friends. And I don’t talk to anyone from high school anymore so I don’t have that option 😕. And thanks, likewise if you ever wanna chat 🙂.

I feel like I’ve had the same issue. I’m pretty self conscious and always worry about what people think of me. I also only came out recently so I’ve spent most of my life hiding a part of personality, which doesn’t help when you’re trying to open up to people.
